Our Services
Packaging and Shipping
We have been successfully sending and receiving artwork for over a decade. We understand the importance of proper packaging and shipping to fully protect the integrity of the artwork. Smaller paper pieces are typically shipped flat and larger paper pieces are typically rolled and shipped in tubes. Canvases, framed pieces and specialty items such as skate decks and radios are first wrapped in packaging paper, bubble-wrapped and then sent in a properly-sized shipping box with additional packing materials (i.e. foam peanuts or paper). Prints and posters will be rolled and sent in a shipping tube. Artwork is typically sent out within 3 days of purchase, and tracking information is provided.
Certificate of Authenticity
Your artwork is an investment, and it is important that you can document its authenticity. All original artwork purchased from Art Elementals will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity (“COA”). The COA will include the information on the piece as well as an image of the piece. Art Elementals will sign the COA and attest to the artwork’s authenticity. We have obtained our artwork directly from the artists over the years, and we have the highest level of confidence as to its authenticity. In fact, we guarantee it.
